Basically your best shot is to use the Ticket System and provide any information regarding your account.

Who should I contact about my Upgrade Membership?
All upgrades are automatically applied after 1 confirmation within 10 minutes. You do not need to message staff to get your upgrades! If you are not automatically upgraded within 1 hour, please open a Ticket.

Who do I contact to sticky my thread?
We do not take suggestions from members for stickies. We simply can't sticky every thread members want. We limit the quantity. So don't contact us. If you want a paid sticky then proceed to following: Pay with Credits or Pay with Cyrpto.

I know a member is ban evading. I'd like to report them. Who do I contact?
Utilize the Report function displayed on their profile.

I was given a warning I didn't deserve. Can I get it removed?
It's not likely. If you have a question about the warning please PM a Staff or Mentor.

I filed a report but no action was taken. Should I directly contact staff?
Try to report again. It's also possible staff decided no action was warranted.

You're probably going to get your PM ignored. You might even get a warning too.
